Hurricane Helene devastated western North Carolina in late September.  Captain Nicolas Wirshing of the Prattville Fire Department's Station #3 talks with Carolyn Hutcheson of In Focus about rescue efforts, through the Alabama Mutual Aid System, by some thirty professional firefighters from several cities.  Prattville Fire Department continues to bring donated supplies to the storm survivors to help them through the winter.
